1. Platform Access Terms

Before accessing or using any services provided through AurelixRoyal, users should carefully review these terms. By visiting, interacting with, or using any part of the platform, users confirm their understanding and acceptance of these conditions. These terms apply to all AurelixRoyal-operated digital environments, including websites, applications and online systems. Any activity, including browsing, submitting information or using platform features, represents acceptance of these requirements.

Access Requirements and Privacy Handling

Access to AurelixRoyal services is provided only when users comply with these terms and the applicable Privacy Policy. Both documents may be updated periodically, and users are responsible for reviewing the latest versions before continuing to use the platform.

Ownership of Platform Content

All materials available through AurelixRoyal, including text, graphics, images, videos, software elements and other content, are either owned by AurelixRoyal or used under valid authorization. These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may access platform content only for personal and non-commercial purposes. Copying, modifying, distributing, publishing, extracting or using automated systems to collect platform materials without prior authorization is prohibited.

Service Conditions and Liability Information

Services are provided through prepaid subscription structures, including one-month, three-month and twelve-month options. Once activated, subscriptions cannot be paused, canceled or refunded, regardless of usage.

AurelixRoyal does not provide professional, financial or advisory services. Users remain responsible for decisions made using platform information and materials. Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis without guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, security or continuous operation.

Payment and Refund Terms

All services require advance payment before activation. Once a subscription begins, it cannot be suspended or refunded. Users are responsible for using the selected service period effectively.

AurelixRoyal does not provide compensation for interruptions, downtime or limitations affecting service availability. Support requests may be submitted to Support@aurelixroyal.com.

Limitation of Liability

AurelixRoyal, including its affiliates, employees and management representatives, shall not be responsible for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from:

Incorrect, incomplete or outdated platform information
Losses or damages connected to platform usage
Unauthorized access to systems or stored information
Service interruptions, delays or technical failures

These limitations apply regardless of the legal basis of any claim. Users accessing AurelixRoyal from different jurisdictions are responsible for following applicable local laws and regulations.

User Responsibilities and Indemnification

By using the platform, users agree to protect and indemnify AurelixRoyal and its affiliates from claims, losses or expenses arising from:

Incorrect information provided by users
Misuse of platform services or external resources
Unauthorized account access connected to user actions
Technical or operational issues outside AurelixRoyal’s control

AurelixRoyal is not responsible for third-party content, including material that may be inaccurate, unlawful or inappropriate.

Users also agree to protect AurelixRoyal against claims related to:

Infringement of third-party rights
Harm caused through user actions

AurelixRoyal maintains the right to manage related claims and take appropriate action where required. These obligations remain effective after platform access ends.

Changes and Platform Management

AurelixRoyal may modify, update or replace these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published confirms acceptance of the revised conditions.

AurelixRoyal may also adjust, suspend or discontinue platform features, services or content without prior notice or liability.

Severability and Rights Protection

If any provision of these terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain effective.

Failure by AurelixRoyal to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of its rights or ability to enforce that provision in the future.

2. Transaction Activity Policy

AurelixRoyal is committed to maintaining secure, transparent and efficient financial processes across the platform. This policy explains how user funds are managed, including account funding and withdrawal procedures, and operates alongside the platform’s general Terms of Use.

Account Funding and Balance Management

Users must provide funds from their own verified financial sources located within their country of residence. To maintain security and regulatory compliance, AurelixRoyal may request identity verification or supporting documentation to confirm the ownership and legitimacy of deposited funds.

Any unused account balance that remains inactive for a continuous period of three (3) months may be subject to a monthly deduction of 10% from the remaining balance. Maintaining regular account activity can help avoid such reductions.

Withdrawal Requests and Verification Procedures

Withdrawals are generally processed through the same payment method and currency used for the original deposit, including bank transfers, payment cards or electronic wallet services.

In certain situations, alternative withdrawal methods may be permitted after completion of required verification procedures. Additional documents or identity confirmation may be requested to satisfy regulatory and security requirements.

Processing times and applicable charges may vary depending on the selected withdrawal method.

Transaction Security and Compliance Standards

All financial transactions completed through the platform are subject to verification and monitoring procedures designed to protect funds and maintain operational transparency.

These measures support secure fund management, compliance with applicable regulations and the continued protection of users throughout all financial activities.

3. Customer Dispute Procedure

If any disagreement arises in relation to this Policy, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication and a cooperative discussion conducted in good faith.

If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may proceed to confidential arbitration under the ICC ADR framework. The process will be handled by a single appointed arbitrator, conducted in English and held in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines or another location mutually agreed upon by both parties.

The arbitrator’s decision shall be final, binding and enforceable. This arbitration process will serve as the exclusive method for resolving disputes.

Account Access Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login information and account credentials.

AurelixRoyal shall not be responsible for unauthorized access, losses or misuse resulting from a user’s failure to properly protect account details.

Information Accuracy Requirements

When creating an account, users confirm that all submitted information is accurate, complete and maintained as current.

If an account is created on behalf of a company or legal organization, the user confirms they have the necessary authority to accept these terms and represent that entity.

Privacy and Complaint Support

Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

Any complaints, concerns or service-related matters may be submitted through the official support channel at complaints@aurelixroyal.com for review and appropriate response.

4. Organization Overview

AurelixRoyal is committed to responsible and transparent management of personal information in accordance with applicable European data protection standards, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Directive 2016/680.
